Alexandra Papadimou

Alexandra studied Biology at the University of Athens and she did her internship at the Spanish National Cancer Research Center while she is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Molecular Biomedicine.

She got involved in the Non-Profit Organization “SciCo” since October of 2016 through the program of “Ambassadors”, participating in science communication activities. Since then, she has been involved in organizing and coordinating volunteers for various events such as the Athens Science Festival, Mind the Lab and Researcher’s Night. Since 2019 she has been coordinating SciCo’s youth programs and she is the leader of the Ambassadors Academy where she teaches seminars on science communication tools and personal skills development.

Armed with her creativity, cheerfulness and teamwork, she wants to make science accessible to all people.
