Sofia Kanelopoulou

Sofia was born and raised in Athens. She studied Communication & Media at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and had a Master’s Degree in Arts Management, in the Netherlands. Since 2012, she has been working in the field of communication. She has worked for a non-profit company focusing on social vulnerable groups, and for a film distribution company, while she has also been a communication associate in several cultural and artistic events, as well as international film festivals in Athens and Syros Island. Moreover, for two year she was a writer and assistant editor-in-chief for an online magazine, writing about the cultural life of Athens. Since December 2019, she has been a member of the communication department of Technopolis.
